Laboratory testing / calibration services are different from other services because in addition to responding to customer satisfaction in terms of service speed, they also require impartiality. Testing / calibration results must be highly accurate and precise. For this reason, the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system standard does not only include management requirements, but also technical requirements to ensure that technical operations are in accordance with international standards, ensuring that things that influence testing / calibration results are properly managed, and any laboratory that applies the ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system until it is certified is a laboratory that is recognized both nationally and internationally.

Objectives:
1. knowing and understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system requirements.
2. Able to apply the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality management system for the laboratory work appropriately.

This course is suitable for:
Testing / calibration laboratory personnel or other related interested persons.

Certification of training results:
We will send a certificate file by e-mail to the trainees who have attended the training for 12 hours and scored 50-84% on the post-test. If they scored 85-100%, the certificate will be stamped “Excellence”.

Number of participants:
20-90 persons (The company reserves the right to change the number of participants as appropriate).
